Glaro is committed to operating as an environmentally responsible manufacturer by utilizing raw materials with a high percentage of recycled content. Furthermore, these products can themselves be recycled.
Return Policy
All Glaro items are made to order and, if returnable, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Powder coated items, Satin Brass items, bellman carts, items with silk screened messages, and other items with customizations are not returnable for any reason. Orders with large quantities or customizations are not able to be canceled once they have been placed. Finish samples are available free of charge through the mail. As such, returns for color variations from items viewed online are not accepted. Concealed damage claims must be made within 4 business days or they are not covered by the carrier or Glaro Products. The return of merchandise must be authorized in writing and the return shipment must be received within 30 days of the original shipping date. All returns must be in unused new condition and returned with its original packaging marked with a return authorization number that we will provide for you. The original shipping cost is not refundable and the shipping costs for the return are your responsibility. Please contact us at Sales@Glaro-Products.com with any questions before ordering.
