Glaro Products does not certify any product to be suitable for any use other than the one stated in the description. Items that are abused, used in a manner not in accordance with the stated use, will not be covered by the Warranty.  Glaro Products does not certify any product to be in compliance with any rules, restrictions, fire codes or any other local laws. Please contact us with any specific questions you may have regarding the products before ordering at Sales@Glaro-Products.com. Glaro Products will be held harmless in the event of any adverse outcome, and Glaro Incorporated shall be solely responsible for their manufactured items.

 Lead times will vary with type of item, quantity and other factors. Average lead time is 2 weeks. If you need your items faster, please contact us at Sales@Glaro-Products.com and we will try to get your order expedited. Lead times do not include transit time to the delivery address. 

We do not ship outside of North America. All orders that need to be exported must be transported by your own freight forwarder, Ex Works. Items to be picked up must be paid in advance by check or wire transfer. 

Shipments that are misdirected due to an incorrect shipping address, shipment to an active construction site, or other error on the site user’s part will result in additional shipping costs and delays that are the user’s responsibility. 

We do not ship to APO addresses, or via US Mail.
